direct bus tasty breakfast many options
The bus stop is very close. It is right outside the hotel. A direct bus line runs to the city center every ten minutes! The room I stayed in featured a sizable space. I appreciated the tasty breakfast. The breakfast had many options.
The automatic air conditioning turned off every hour. This was slightly bothersome.

Really good stay!
convenient heater many choices efficient process thoughtful touch
The room featured a convenient wet cloth heater, REALLY useful. Breakfast offered many choices, and the staff was polite and helpful. The online check-in and check-out process was efficient and easy. I found the welcome fruit and water a thoughtful touch.
The air conditioning system seemed locked on a heating setting. It was difficult to adjust to a cooler temperature.

Convenient and Helpful Stay
easy access helpful staff useful machine
The bus stop is right outside the hotel. The staff was excellent and very helpful with advice and directions. I also found a washing machine available for guest use, very convenient (especially after several days of travel).
I found the lack of control over the room temperature a bit inconvenient. The AC seemed fixed on heating, and I couldn't adjust it easily.

poor supplies uncontrollable ac
The location is convenient with a bus stop in front. Public transport is easy from here.
The air conditioning was set to heating with no way to control it, I had to open the window. The room was supplied for a single person (even though I booked a double room) with just one of everything (one sheet too small for the bed, one pillow, one coffee etc.) This felt very stingy (a lack of hospitality to be honest).
